Real-Life Communication -- Solution

You suggest that Bighead's salary remains as it is, but his billing be changed. You offer this as a compromise acceptable to both parties:

ALLAN SCHTICK
BUZZ GAGG
In a Charlemagne Jackson Production of
DON'T BE LATE
with Daniel Anton Adair Blanchard Adam Holdom
Karen Valdez Kelly Van Melon
And Rilly Bighead as Curtis
Directed by Stanley Schwartz

This way, Bighead gets a special billing, but it's not as prominent as the leads. While the other supporting actors are billed ahead of him, Bighead's name is featured alone on the screen with the name of the character he will play. That must make him happy without angering the other actors.

"The biggest part of my job is communication. The fact is, when you get out in the real world, you are going to be in many situations where you need to present yourself clearly," says talent agent Doreen Eliassen.

She advises those who are tongue-tied in crowds to get over it fast. "If you get used to speaking in front of people [now], you will not have that fear when you get older. It worked for me!"
