Real-Life Decision Making

You are teaching a yoga class to 15 adult students. You know from talking to your students that many of them are taking the class as a form of stress relief and relaxation.

One of the students from this class comes to you and asks if she can bring her seven-year-old daughter to the class and allow the girl to sit in the corner and watch. She promises you that her daughter is very quiet and well-behaved and that she will bring some coloring books to keep her daughter busy.

You want this student to feel welcome in your class, as she is one of your newer students. However, you are also worried that if her daughter acts up, it will destroy the feeling of relaxation for the rest of your students.

What do you do?
