Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You remake the brace and charge Jimmy's family.

Working in orthotics means working with people. You want to make your relationship with your client as positive as possible. They are pleased with the service that you offer.

It's important that the customer is kept in the communication loop during the process of deciding who will pay for the brace. If they have to pay for the second brace, it's a good idea to give them some personal attention to prove that you do care about them, even though the company will not pick up the cost.

Although this solution pleases the company, the client may feel as though the company is only looking out for its profits.
