Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You leave her with high hopes.

The woman continues to work hard every day. You notice her face appears pale. You refuse to let her be disappointed in your aerobics classes, so you continually encourage her. One day she doesn't show up in class, and you become very concerned.

You phone her house and learn that she fainted in school. Now she's in the hospital. She ends up missing her school photos and the grad dance because of this. She becomes a very angry customer and blames you for her problems. Her parents send your manager a letter of complaint, pointing out that your misleading advice ended up jeopardizing their daughter's health.
