Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You leave the carpet and come back in an hour to install it.

You don't know why Sarah didn't collect payment up front for the carpet, but she must have had a good reason. It isn't productive to second-guess your fellow employees all the time.

When you get back to the house, just one hour later, you knock on the door but there is no answer. You get a sinking feeling. Should you have acted on your suspicions earlier?

You walk around the back of the house, and see fresh tire tracks and footprints where someone has obviously driven on the lawn and carried goods out of the house. It appears the woman has stolen your carpet rolls.

"It's easy to make decisions concerning the quality of the carpet and the workmanship that is done. Collecting payment can be a bit more difficult," says Hajhassan. "You just have to be experienced and careful."
