Motocross racers use math in their jobs like everyone else. They may need it while adjusting the settings on their bikes or figuring out how much tax they'll have to pay on their winnings. But today, you will have to do some math quickly -- and while traveling fast.

You are a motocross racer vying for the overall season championship. It's the final race of the year. You have to travel 25 laps on the 1-mile loop course. All you have to do to capture the overall championship is finish the race in 48 minutes. Your average race speed is 25 miles per hour.
